Super Bowl Targets and TD's

The Super Bowl is here! Super Bowl LIV is looking to be a fantastic matchup. The leagues top defense to do battle with one of the most offensive teams in the league. Two of the best tight ends in the league, some of the fastest athletes in the world and some exciting coaching schemes will all be on display for this years Super Bowl. I step through the fantasy football analysis for the biggest game of the NFL season below.

Feel free to reference the Targets and TD’s pages to see who has gotten the looks and end-zone appearances through the regular season. Best of luck to you in any Fantasy Football Super Bowl LIV contests that you are partaking!

San Francisco 49ers vs Kansas City Chiefs Fantasy Football Super Bowl LIV

You feel confident with starting: Raheem Mostert, George Kittle, Patrick Mahomes, Tyreek Hill and Travis Kelce .

Able to start: Damien Williams, Deebo Samuel, Emmanuel Sanders and Sammy Watkins.

While you have upside plays of: Jimmy Garoppolo, Tevin Coleman, San Francisco D/ST, Matt Breida, Jeff Wilson Jr., Darwin Thompson, LeSean McCoy, Mecole Hardman, Demarcus Robinson and Chiefs D/ST.

San Francisco 49ers

The 49ers will continue to run the ball as the game allows. I believe though at some point the fire power that the Chiefs have on offense will show and Garoppolo will be throwing more than 8 times in this game to keep up. For as little as George Kittle did in the Conference Championship round, he has the chance to really be the point of emphasis if the 49ers have to pass more in this game. The Chiefs D/ST should do their best against the wide receivers for the 49ers, as far as offensive positions go. I expect the most 49er opportunities to come from their running backs and tight ends in this one.

Kansas City Chiefs

For the Chiefs you stick with Mahomes, Kelce and Hill as they got you here. Although you just feel another player or two will pop for the Chiefs and that could be the difference. Damien Williams (definitely a candidate to pop and be a difference maker) should continue to pace the running backs and I would expect Mecole Hardman, Demarcus Robinson and Sammy Watkins to get a handful of receptions as well. Does LeSean McCoy get a chance to get a TD in the Super Bowl? I feel the Chiefs have the edge but the 49ers will be right there at the end of the game. The 49ers bested the Saints in New Orleans earlier this year, so I will not be overly surprised if they pull it off this weekend.
