2025 Touchdowns (TDs) – Regular Season Recap
2 min read
After Targets, my next favorite statistic to use in maximizing my Fantasy Football lineups is Touchdowns (TDs). Let’s look back and see who the best players were for 2025 Touchdowns (TDs) (rushing & receiving) in the Regular Season. Touchdowns (TDs) are a significant driver of Fantasy Football success. Most leagues will reward the rushing and receiving touchdowns with 6 points! They are also one of the less predictable statistics in Fantasy Football.
If you do find a trend or opportunity for those players getting Touchdowns (TDs) you will have an edge! Let’s review Touchdowns (TDs) in the 2025 Regular Season!
2025 Touchdowns (TDs)
With a category as Touchdowns (TDs) (rushing & receiving) the majority of the players we will come across are going to be Running Backs and Wide Receivers (they are your primary ball catchers and runners). In the 2025 Regular Season 109 players scored 5 Touchdowns (TDs) or more. Of these top 109 players the list includes: 42 Running Backs, 41 Wide Receivers, 19 Tight Ends and 7 Quarterbacks.
The scarcity in which you find those 26 Non-Running Backs and Non-Wide Receivers is an opportunity to get that type of production at another position. The 26 Non-Running Backs and Non-Wide Receivers on the list are below, along with their last few years history of Touchdowns (TDs). It may be wise to keep these names in mind when the 2026 Fantasy Football Season starts. Especially if they find themselves with similar opportunities.
Touchdowns (TDs) – Quarterbacks
| Player | Total TDs | Rushing TDs | Receiving TDs |
|---|---|---|---|
| Josh Allen | 14 | 14 | 0 |
| Jaxson Dart | 9 | 9 | 0 |
| Trevor Lawrence | 9 | 9 | 0 |
| Jalen Hurts | 8 | 8 | 0 |
| Daniel Jones | 5 | 5 | 0 |
| Patrick Mahomes | 5 | 5 | 0 |
| Bo Nix | 5 | 5 | 0 |
Allen is tops again, all by himself in that top tier. I would feel confident in Hurts and Dart staying on the top half of this list in 2026. While Nix would be a good bet to be on it again next year.
Touchdowns (TDs) – Tight Ends
| Player | Total TDs | Rushing TDs | Receiving TDs |
|---|---|---|---|
| Dallas Goedert | 11 | 0 | 11 |
| Trey McBride | 11 | 0 | 11 |

| Dalton Kincaid | 5 | 0 | 5 |
| Kyle Pitts | 5 | 0 | 5 |
| Jake Tonges | 5 | 0 | 5 |
| Tyler Warren | 5 | 1 | 4 |
6 more Tight Ends on this list compared to last year! 11 Touchdowns (TDs) does look to be the top end at the position. McBride, Bowers, Fannin Jr., Kraft and Loveland look like favorites to be back here in 2026.

| Tory Horton | 6 | 0 | 5 |
| Ladd McConkey | 6 | 0 | 6 |

| Rashee Rice | 6 | 1 | 5 |
| Deebo Samuel | 6 | 1 | 5 |
| Isaac TeSlaa | 6 | 0 | 6 |

| Malik Washington | 5 | 1 | 3 |
Tee Higgins and St. Brown return as Wide Receivers that scored double digit Touchdowns (TDs)! McMillen, Dike, Egbuka, Jayden Higgins and TeSlaa were the rookies that cracked this list! Some guys that I think have a good chance to do better with Touchdowns (TDs) in the 2026 Fantasy Football Season: McConkey, Odunze, Pierce, Rice and Doubs.

Of the 17 Running Backs with double digit 2025 Touchdowns (TDs) this year, 9 return from last year!! Taylor, Gibbs, Henry, Cook, Jacobs, Kyren Williams, Achane, Brown and Robinson. 4 Running Backs outscored the top Wide Receiver in 2025 Touchdowns (TDs) for the 2025 Regular Season.
Harvey, Henderson, Jeanty, Judkins, Skattebo, Tuten, Marks, Hampton and Monangai are the rookies making this list! I feel confident with the likes of Gibbs, Robinson, Taylor, Cook, Achane, Harvey, Brown, Henderson, Jeanty, Corum, Hampton, Hall and Walker returning to this list in the 2026 Fantasy Football Season.
2025 Touchdowns (TDs) – Regular Season Recap – Final Word
Always interesting how the Touchdowns (TDs) shake out each season. Especially for Quarterbacks and Tight Ends that are in positions that are less likely to see the rushing & receiving Touchdowns (TDs). Touchdowns (TDs) can swing a fantasy season. If you have those players that will see more Touchdowns (TDs) I feel you will have an advantage. The above lists could be some names to keep in mind as you do your offseason review, ramp up for drafting your 2026 Fantasy Football Team or have trades to make now as you prepare for next year’s fantasy football season!
Do you pick all these highlighted players in the first few rounds of your 2026 Fantasy Football Drafts? Probably not. Although when comparing them to others around their average draft position, I would tend to lean towards the player that is getting or is due for more Touchdowns (TDs) than not.
